Your brain is infected

The other day I paid someone $100 for a task that took 3 minutes.

(No, it wasn’t an escort).

I hired someone on Fiverr to fix an automation.

Now, $100 for a 3-minute task = $2,000/hour.

And some might look at that and think, “That’s outrageous!!!”

But that’s the #1 reason most stay broke.

  • It’s not your skills.

  • It’s not the economy.

  • It’s not even the clients ghosting you after your 27th cold DM.

It’s your mindset.

See, most people’s brain is infected with what I call “9-to-5 Brain Rot.”

They’re pricing based on effort rather than results.

But here’s a fun fact:

Your clients don’t care about your effort.

They care about their ROI.

It’s why I was able to charge $25K for ghostwriting projects, while my competition charged $1K.

While they were selling, “30 pieces of content per month.”

I was selling, “10,000+ followers in under 60 days, guaranteed.”

Faster results = More money.

Here are a few quick tips when thinking about your offer:

1. Stop Selling Effort, Start Selling Results.

Effort is a commodity. Outcomes are assets. Figure out what result your ideal client values most and package it as your offer.

2. Anchor Your Prices to the Value You Deliver.

If your work helps a client generate $50K a month, you’re damn right you can charge $25K for it. That’s why it’s crucial to stop targeting your service toward broke people.

3. Cut the Fat.

Nobody cares if you spent 100 hours tweaking their headline. If you can deliver the same result in 10 minutes, own that. It’s not laziness—it’s efficiency.

Hope these help.

When you work a job, your income is limited by the time you work.

When you build a business, your income is tied to the outcome you deliver.

You'll never truly be free if an employer can tell you how much your time is worth.
