Toddlers driving Ferraris
Ferraris.
3-year-olds.
The looming existential dread AI will take over and become Skynet.
Wtf do these things have to do with each other?
More than you might think…
Imagine handing over the keys of a $300,000 Ferrari to a 3-year-old.
The Ferrari is seen as masterpiece to 40-year-olds having a mid-life crisis.
But a 3-year-old?
They’d just want to make vroom-vroom noises and eat Cheerios off the dashboard.
And this, my friend, perfectly explains what's happening with AI right now.
Incredible technology. Dumbass operators.

The average AI user
Put simply:
AI is just the Ferrari.
YOU are the driver.
And right now?
95% of people are like a 3-year-old toddler…
Drooling on the leather seats and probably has shit in their pants lol.
Which leads us to a brutal truth that might sting a lil bit:
AI won't replace you.
But people who know how to use AI will absolutely replace you.
"But Dakota," you say, "I'm different. I've got skills AI can't replicate."
Do you though?
Let's address the elephant in the room…
"AI can't be creative like me"
I bet the guy hand-painting advertisements in 1950 said the same thing about printers.
The truth is, AI doesn't need to be AS creative as you.
It just needs to be creative ENOUGH, but 100x faster.
While you're crafting the perfect tweet for 45 minutes...
Someone else is using AI to generate 30 variations in 2 minutes, picking the best one, adding their personal twist, and moving on to the next thing.
They're not just creating faster.
They're iterating faster.
They're learning faster.
They're A/B testing faster.
And they're leaving you in the dust while you're still trying to decide between "amazing" and "incredible" as an adjective.
"But AI content sounds generic"
Only if the person using it is generic.
This is like blaming a piano for playing boring music when you're the one pressing the same three keys over and over.
The people winning with AI aren't using it to replace their voice.
They're using it to amplify their voice.
Big difference.
It's like having a team of 100 writers who know your style, ready to help 24/7, without the attitude or coffee breaks.
"I'm afraid AI will make my job obsolete"
Your job title? Maybe.
Your ability to create value? Never.
The first people who used email weren't worried about email making communication obsolete.
They were too busy leaving their competitors behind.
The first people who used social media weren't worried about it making marketing obsolete.
They were too busy building audiences while everyone else was buying newspaper ads.
And the people who master AI today aren't worried about it making them obsolete.
They're too busy 10x-ing their output and charging more for their suddenly scarce time.
The Real Fear You Should Have
The real danger isn't AI.
It's becoming the kind of person who refuses to adapt.
The kind of person who gets left behind not because of technology, but because of stubbornness.
You and I have seen it happen again and again:
The taxi drivers who ignored Uber.
The hotels who ignored Airbnb.
The retailers who ignored e-commerce.
And now? The creators and business owners who ignore AI.
History doesn't care about your objections.
It only remembers who adapted and who didn't.
Your One Actionable Insight
If you want to start using AI like a Ferrari driver instead of a toddler, do this:
Stop asking AI to "write content about X."
Instead, try this prompt structure:
"You are an expert in [specific topic]. I need content that [specific goal] for an audience of [specific description].
The three main points should be [point 1], [point 2], and [point 3]. Make it sound like [reference example or style]."
This simple shift takes you from generic garbage to targeted content that actually sounds like you.
It's the difference between a toddler making vroom-vroom noises and actually steering the car.
Want To Land Clients With AI?
The world is splitting into two groups:
People who use AI to amplify their abilities
People who will eventually work for the people in group #1
If you want to be in group 1, listen up…
My friend, Jason Fox, and I are hosting a free 3-day challenge next week.
We’ll be showing you our plug n’ play systems for using AI to:
Create ‘Compounding Offers’ to charge high prices.
Create persuasive content that converts.
Streamline your sales process to save hours a day and close more clients.
Jason has generated $3.5M in sales for himself (despite having a small following).
And has also helped generate $60M in sales for his clients.
