I almost had a stroke

School f%*ked you.

If you look at your bank account and don't like the number that's staring back at you...

You can blame your 5th grade teacher Mr. Johannson, that dickhead with the funny looking hair...

Oh, that's just me?

Okay sorry.

No, but actually...

Since kids, we've been programmed to believe that that if we:

  • Go to school for 4 years

  • Work realllllly hard

  • And get lucky

We can get a nice job that pays $100,000 a year.

And by the ripe ol' age of 65 we can retire and finally start living life on our terms.

Spend 45 years working a miserable job for hopes of retiring to live mediocre life for the last 25 years?

Sounds like a terrible trade.

The Day My Reality Changed

3 years ago, the worldview school taught me was destroyed.

My mentor at the time, Dan Koe, casually told me he made $50,000.

Not in a year.

In a month.

My jaw literally dropped.

My potato brain could hardly comprehend making that much.

When I got started in social media, I thought $10,000 a month was the upper-limit of what was possible in the digital creator space.

Then I heard another creator made $100,000 in a month.

I almost foamed at the mouth and had a stroke.

Nowadays I see creators post about hitting those numbers and I don't even question it.

After experiencing these milestones myself, I know it's possible.

But there are many out there who see those numbers and it breaks their brain

(Just like it did mine not too long ago).

It's unfortunate because this reality is so far removed from what we've been conditioned to think is possible.

So when someone comes along and says they made that in a month, it's easy to label it as "fake" or "a scam".

But lemme show ya how possible this is for you...

Simplifying How You Can Make $10,000+ a month

Let's say you grow you social media audience to 5,000 followers in the next 6 months.

And then you sell a service like social media ghostwriting for $2,500 a month.

All you need is 4 clients to hit $10,000 a month.

Is it not reasonable to assume you can find 4 clients from the 5,000 people who follow you?

Now, let's take it step further…

Say after a year or two, you grow a following of 50,000.

And you decide to sell a product for $100.

All you need is 500 people out of the 50,000 people to buy from you to make $50,000.

That's the power of building a a social media audience.

Not so crazy now, is it?

So the next time you see someone posting these big numbers, instead of brushing it off, ask yourself:

"Why not me?"

P.S.

I made a YouTube video breaking down how to make your first $10,000 with social media.

It's the exact step-by-step process I used to hit my first $10,000 month in my first year online.
