My naughty confession.

Most "gurus" would rather drag their ass through a mile of broken glass than admit this, but...

I made a helluva lot less money in 2024 than 2023.

Like "holy sh*t my accountant probably thinks I had a mental breakdown" less.

2023: $1,000,000.

2024: Cut that number in half.

Quick, someone alert the social media police! Someone admitting they made less money?

Straight to entrepreneur jail.

But here's the truth about business that nobody talks about:

Sometimes you need to take 2 steps back to leap 4 steps forward.

Sure, I could've kept riding the wave. Kept enrolling more clients. Kept stacking cash like a greedy little chipmunk preparing for winter.

But I noticed something that made my stomach turn:

While most clients were getting solid results

Like Magdalena landing multiple high-ticket clients (and growing from 0 to 40K followers)…

Or Andrew scaling to $20K/month…

I knew I could help people get better results much faster.

So I made a decision that looked dumb to most people.

I stopped taking on clients for majority of the year to:

• Record dozens of new training videos.

• Spend months rebuilding the entire program from scratch.

• Test my systems with small groups to ensure they worked.

• Create plug-and-play frameworks that even my imaginary dog could follow.

Was it profitable?

Hell no.

Was it necessary?

Absolutely.

It's like that scene in Jaws where Roy Scheider sees the shark for the first time and says "We're gonna need a bigger boat."

Well, I looked at my program and said "We're gonna need better systems."

And here's the million-dollar lesson…

(ironically from the year I made less than a million):

The path to real success isn't always "up and to the right."

Sometimes it means making less in the short term to make more in the long term.

But now that I have everything dialed in?

Clients will get better results, faster.

Results I can use in my marketing to drive more people to my program, which will lead to more results…
