How To Make $1,000,000+ As a One Person Business
Do you ever wonder how creators like Alex Hormozi, Gary V, Iman Gadzhi, and Dan Koe make millions of dollars a year?
I mean, what’s the secret they all have in common?
Well, I’m about to pull back the curtain on how they grow by tens of thousands of followers every single month while making millions of dollars.
Because it’s the same framework I’ve used to hit consistent $100K+ months in just 3 years of starting my online creator journey.
But first, a bit of context:
There are two types of gurus in the creator space:
Guru A: “Just build your personal brand and you’ll magically make money.”
You know what’s funny about this type?
They only make money by selling you courses on…(drum roll…you guessed it)...’how to build a personal brand that makes you rich’.
It’s just one big pyramid scheme, with a bunch of ‘fluff’ marketing, false promises, and no actual hard skills to be found.
And then you have the other type.
Guru B: “Build skills first, get really good, then build a brand someday down the road.”
But this puts you on a never-ending hamster wheel of working a glorified 14-hour a day job.
Now sure, it can pay well, but it comes at a hefty price:
If you want to make more money, you have to take on more clients.
And this leaves you stuck in a stressful cycle.
Manage a few clients, have more free time, but make little money.
OR
Manage many clients, get paid well, but have zero free time.
The truth is…both gurus are right.
You should be building your personal brand AND improving your monetizable skills at the same time.
If you just focus on building a personal brand, you’re going to run into the problem where you’re struggling to grow and you’re not making any money.
On the other hand…
If you only focus on building your skills, you’re making it difficult in the long run because building an audience is something that takes a lot of time to get dialed in.
So, are you just fucked?
Yes.
You should probably quit right now.
(Just kidding).
There’s actually a third option:
One where you can work a few hours a day from anywhere in the world, compound your earning potential over time, future-proof your career security, and actually enjoy what you do.
So, what is behind door number three?
This is where the idea of the Full Stack Creator comes into play:
• Build your personal brand
• Stack multiple monetizable skills
• Productize your knowledge
Becoming a Full Stack Creator is like building a skyscraper.
Picture this:
Audience building is the plot of land you build on.
And each skill you learn is a floor you add to your skyscraper.
The first few floors might be writing, marketing, and sales…
They attract visitors that are crucial components of the building.
But here’s where things get exciting:
As you build your skyscraper, you’ll create premium penthouses people can pay to access.
These penthouses are your productized knowledge.
This can be specialized courses, group coaching, consulting, workshops, and more.
They’re not just extra floors that add no value, they’re premium assets with a panoramic view, luxury amenities, and bespoke experiences.
And just as penthouses fetch a premium price because of their exclusivity and value, productized knowledge allows Full Stack Creators to charge a premium for their expertise.
And the beauty of these penthouses is that they’re built upon the layers below them, leveraging the foundations and structure.
In the same way, productized knowledge is most effective when built upon a strong audience base and diverse skill set.
Put simply, a Full Stack Creator’s worth lies not just in their audience size, but in their ability to leverage various skills and package their specialized knowledge.
On that note…
