1 year ago, my client, Magdalena had 0 followers, 0 clients.

She had burnout from her corporate 9-to-5.

Content

Next, Magdalena needed people to know she existed.

So we had her:

• Post 3-5x per week.

• Get clear on her target audience's pain points + desires.

• Create stories + actionable posts that spoke to those pains and desires.

Hooks

The first 2 lines of your post need to capture attention immediately.

Bad hooks = Bad impressions.

So we got her to use hooks that called out big pain points of her target audience.

This worked well because people pay attention to content that solve their problems

Leads

Within 3 months of working together, Magdalena was at 4000+ followers, but we needed to convert them to clients.

So we leaned into building her authority by:

• Creating case studies of clients she helped in the past.

• Doubling down on free workshops and lead magnets.

• Sharing stories on how she overcame pain points her audience struggles with.
